United Health Care's dental plan is in our opinion an individual dental policy. It offers 2 different plans with up to $1,000 per year in benefits per person, 100% coverage for preventive services and a small $50 per year deductible per member.  The United brochure is below your review ( it includes an application should you wish to apply). 

If you don't have a dental plan, this is an excellent one to consider.  If you have a dental plan, compare it's benefit features with the United's plan and you will likely see the United plan offers more value for the price.  If you would like to apply simply go to the "Health/Dental quotes" tab to the left and then click on the "health Insurance quotations" tab in the yellow box.  Then select United Health Care.  Ulternatively, you may call us to review the plan features and we may email you the United Dental Brochure and application.  We wish you a happy smile!
